From a signed proposal, kickoff usually happens within 14 days. For urgent project work where scope is well-defined we can sometimes move faster.
Most of our work runs remotely with on-site visits when it adds value (kickoff workshops, council presentations, board meetings). For local clients in Louisiana, in-person sessions are easy to arrange.
